Ayurveda – The Art of Living in Harmony
Ayurveda is an ancient natural system of healing that teaches us how to live in tune with nature, daily rhythm, and our true self. It helps us understand the root cause of imbalance and guides the body back to health and harmony.
During an individual consultation, we explore your unique constitution (dosha) and identify what needs support. Based on this, I create a personalized plan including diet, lifestyle rituals, herbal therapy, and Ayurvedic massage.
Ayurveda works holistically – improving digestion, sleep, mood, hormonal balance, and immunity. It brings clarity, calm, and vitality back into your everyday life.
This is a gentle, safe, and effective path that nurtures both body and soul. Ayurveda doesn’t just treat – it teaches you how to live well, naturally.

My Vision
Ayurveda is an ancient but still extremely timely science of health and happiness. It is a system of natural medicine that teaches us how to live in harmony with nature, body and mind. In Ayurveda, a person is seen as a whole - what happens in the body has to do with emotions, lifestyle and way of thinking.
In my work, I combine the experience of a yoga teacher, a qualified Ayurveda consultant and massage therapist. I help people find balance, regain energy and inner peace, improve digestion, sleep, concentration, resilience. I also specialize in weight management and both physical and mental wellbeing during menopause period. Ayurveda does not work superficially - it gets to the root of the problem. During individual consultations, we discover together what is needed to support and restabilize your life. Based on this, I choose recommendations for your diet, activities, herbs, manual therapies and daily rituals.
It is a safe, natural and effective method that helps not only to treat ailments, but also to prevent them. Ayurveda restores harmony where the body and mind have lost their balance.
Many of my patients confirmed that after introducing simple Ayurvedic principles, they feel calmer, energized and feel like their previous conditions have been soothed - as if they have finally returned to the natural rhythm of life.
I invite you to a meeting where you will learn how to regain well-being and inner peace through simple steps.

Ayurveda is not just about therapy - it is a path to a better life.
